So today I went into Jerri Bobs as I have done many times over the last 3 to 5 yrs, I usually either email or take my flash drive to Brendon, William or Monica. Today I decided to not bother them and try to print my items myself from my flash drive. I asked the lady working the counter where to do it and she told me to go to the computer and print from there, I then found I needed a code that would cost me $2.00 to be able to use the computer. Yes it is only $2.00 but it is the principle that I was trying to not bother one of the workers and stop their productivity, so I told her no I would do it. I then walked over to the print shop where I have went many times and asked them to print certain files off my flash drive, at that point the lady came over and told William to charge me the $2.00! So after paying him and getting my prints I went over and let the lady know that due to her poor customer service she was going to lose a long term customer who has had printing done for 3 companies over $2.00, she said okay and I left. I will not darken the doorway at Jerri Bobs again.
Really nice, friendly people. The price for faxing and copies is reasonable. They have a nice selection of small gifts and cards. Beats going into Walmart if that's all you need.
Complete idiots.. Don't waste your time... Well to answer your question..I stopped by to send out some equipment to be worked on by a responsible mechanic. The short guy with glass assumed I was sending it to a friend haha that needed to use it I guess. Preceded to insult me for spending 100 dollors to send off a 1200$ piece of equipment that made me around 20k last month. Making ignorant asupations snid insulting remarks to peopl that come to spend money with. Haha while wearing flip flops and a tie die t-shirt.. Let me guess your the reason the other kid working there is straight edge.. Funny I was in yesterday Oct 6th to send a package to myrtle creek. You can bring god up all you want.. Now your lying as well.
I haven't been there in a while however when I walked in everybody said hello and the manager Sherry was so sweet and personable to me and also my service dog she said all dogs are welcome so no problem, she gave him pepperoni treats, which made him very happy. Great service and I will return to do more business there I didn't realize how much stuff they sold as far as envelopes cards etc.
Very helpful staff, they go above & beyond to help dummies like me with fax services, postal boxing & packaging ,etc. Good Christian oriented staff
