It is a new store, of course there are some minor issues to iron out. In my opinion the store is nice with good prices. Have shopped there for few times. Had to return a router because the collet was the wrong size. They took care of it right away. Personally, I think the store and the employees are just as good as everywhere else I have visited.
Customers service is horrible they don’t now how to returns stuff I get here at 8.am is almost 9 the is still work how to return my merchandise Jesus
Harbor freight is a good place for low price quality tools and household items . I picked up a small bench grinder to sharpen my knives for $41 tax included .
I went to the Surfside Harbor Freight store to pick up a gift for my husband. When I got there the parking lot had no lights on. Very dark so bring alone I left. Went someplace else to get his gift.
They have great prices and selections.
Need lights on I'm sure others have left because of this. Your losing business.
