I had a 48 foot gooseneck trailer and live in the Myrtle Beach area and kept it at Uncle Bob's storage and now I've bought a different style trailer and keep it there.
One of THE best companies I've ever come across! They go above & beyond the job & truly care about their customers. I felt like I was treated more like a dear friend than someone who was "simply" giving them my business & that was right from the start even before I had the storage unit. I've had the pleasure of dealing with almost all the employees & each one has an amazing caring attitude that you know is genuine the minute you speak with them on the phone or in person!
The staff is always friendly to me and help me out a couple times storing my trailers when no one else would because the length. You can come in 24 hours it's very well lit at night time and there are security cameras everywhere which is very nice. Plenty of turn radius to come in and out of. Well maintained no trash anywhere. Office is very clean. LOIS does a superb job with this storage facility. I highly recommend them if it's short term or long term.
Simply put, this facility is clean, safe, climate controlled, and conveniently located. PLUS, they have some super nice ladies that really know how to get things done! I was only there for three months, but it was a great experience. It may not be the cheapest storage place in town, but you get what you pay for!
The desk personnel were both friendly and very informative. I had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this storage facility my friends and family !
Cheryl went above and beyond out of her way to help us and make sure she found us the right storage unit size and location. She explained all the security for us and made it understandable. Would recommend this storage facility!!!! The personnel is extremely nice & helpful!!!!
