well initially I was asked for a rabies shot certificate and had to go to the vet and get Cooper a shot. Little history, when he was a puppy he had a major reaction to this shot and My wife and I decided no more rabies shots. But laws are laws. So anyway got the shot and Cooper started limping from the where they administered the shot and I had to cancel the grooming appointment. They understood, so anyway on Saturday I called out of the blue and they said they could sqeeze him in. I went to pick him up and settled with a credit card and gave a 15 percent tip, then they brought him out. Perhaps they should wait until the owner sees the dog before settling up, as after looking at Cooper they did a stellar job on him and absolutely exceeded my expectations they deserved a better tip. Friggin outstanding I could not have been more satisfied, there are no words that I cannot think of to really put it how I felt. Stellar job, I will up the tip the next time. Cooper and Jim
I love Annie's grooming! We take a our chocolate lab all the time and he gets so excited! The prices are great and i love how honest they are! They don't do extra treatments of they aren't really needed. I always recommend Annie's grooming and will be sad when we leave the area!
The staff, facility, and prices I really can't say one bad thing. Across the board this place is an amazing place to take your fur baby. I dropped my Lilly off a little apprehensive and left feeling confident it wasn't until my husband had the same feelings about the place when he picked our sweet girl up. I honestly won't leave her anywhere else. She left with a bath smelling and looking fantastic after a long day of making friends and playing. I commend this establishment for making this possible and affordable to us. Every other place is more expensive than a hotel and it's no where near as personable as these folks. I would highly recommended to anyone looking in the area. You get waaaayyyy more than you pay for and you can leave you loved pets knowing they are well taken care of and are in a great environment!!! Thanx guys for being so sweet to our baby. WE WILL BE BACK AND BACK OFTEN. BEYOND SATISFIED!
