Loved it here! And loved how well Old Colony treated us.
We just had an amazing family reunion in their house, Las Palmas, across from the ocean in Surfside. This was the best house, without paying oceanfront prices. 2 balconies that are ocean view and we were right across from the public beach access, right down the street from Surfside Pier and all of the bars/restaurants. The house was super clean, management was awesome to work with - everything was great. I wouldn't rent from anyone else in this area. Thank you so much! Summer vacation 2018, here we come!
We stayed in Sept.2016 for two weeks and loved our condo! So clean and just across the street from the beach!
Wonderful beach rentals!
Just spent a week at one of their condos and it was a wonderful place, at a great price and a block from the beach. I didn't want to come back home and definitely plan to rent with them again next year!
As a family member of someone who owns a condo in garden city, I'm disgusted at the way this company takes care of their properties. When my grandmother came to her condo, it was completely destroyed. Broken microwave, broken sliding glass door, plumbing issues, things that had fallen or been ripped off the walls, and completely filthy. Someone even wrote their name on the wall. I feel bad for those who pay for a cleaning fee because whoever is hired to clean, is not doing their job! My grandmother is to be notified of any rentals, yet when she arrived, she found old food in the oven! She had not approved of, nor was notified of any rentals since her last visit. And on top of it, the woman at old colony realty told her "we do not really clean the kitchens." Are you kidding me?! She also told my grandmother they do not know who broke her property. Now, shouldn't that be part of the criteria? When someone rents, a thorough inspection of the property to make sure nothing has been damaged after each rental? Absolutely disgusted with their so called professionalism.
