The hidden fees and penalties made me stop doing business with BOA
Same issue as previous review--no one answers the phone and they don't give you an option to leave a message or phone number to return your call. Since they closed nearly all of the drive throughs in my area it has been a huge inconvenience. Their customer service is really going down the tubes!

Sat for an hour waiting to be seen. Bypassed by an extremely rude official so he could take care of his friend. Called BOA and will be moving my business elsewhere.
After calling 3 to 4 times with no answer from a human being now Im really ticked off. Who ever heard of such a thing. Could have been an emergency.
