I bought three vehicles from Defalco and I'm very satisfied with my purchases. They have an onsite full-service repair shop, and so, I return whenever it's time to have the cars serviced. I appreciate the honesty and fairness I encounter with every visit. Also, being a military veteran, it's always great to see the giant American flag flying out front! I highly recommend these folks. These people are rip offs!!! They charge you for items that were already in your vehicle or don't need to replaced and overcharge you anyways. They replaced my brake fluid cap with another vehicles cap that didn't fit mine which caused air to get in the fluid and I almost ended up in deadly crash through a store!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE MURDERERS!!!
Excellent, knowledgeable folks. Defalco's for towing or repair work is by far the best place to go in Surfside Beach. My third trip over here for different car and issues, they recognized the problem, gave options/guidance as to what they could do and did as the said. You will feel fairly treated here.
Very Happy! On my way into town on Friday, I had a small spike puncture the side wall of a tire. With just 20 K miles on the car, I did not want to order a different type tire - I would have needed two. I found Defalco's on a Google search of the tire brand that I needed. I called Monday morning. The Service person was very helpfull and friendly. Although they did not have the tire in stock, they promptly ordered the tire that I wanted and had it Wed morning. They also happen to be the AAA shop for the area. Once they confirmed that the tire was in, I called AAA to have my tire pumped up. One of Defalco's trucks responded. Defalco's office called me 5 minutes before to give me a heads up they were coming so that I did not have to wait 40 minutes with the car. They pumped the tire up and I was able to drive to their shop. They promptly replaced the tire and I was on my way. Their price was reasonable and the service impeccable. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. It also felt good to support a small business. I strongly recommend Defalco's for any automotive needs.
